I understand that being connected to ministry can sometimes feel lonely. There may be conversations you don't feel comfortable having with church members. There may be situations where you need an outside perspective from someone who can listen without adding pressure. You don't have to wait until you are overwhelmed to seek support. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of wisdom. Booking a session gives you intentional time to focus on yourself—to talk, reflect, gain perspective, and receive encouragement.
