My approach is rooted in faith and the belief that God is present throughout every season of our lives. Through biblically grounded encouragement, we can explore God's truth concerning your identity, purpose, strength, and future. This is not about giving you a list of things you “should” be doing. It is about creating space for you to listen, reflect, grow, and recognize God's grace at work in your journey. Why Should You Book With Me? Because you deserve a place where you don't have to be the strong one. You spend so much of your life supporting others. You encourage your husband. You serve your family. You love your church. You pour into people. You celebrate others. But who encourages you? Who asks how you are doing? Who gives you permission to pause? Grace 4 The Journey was created to be that place. I understand that being connected to ministry can sometimes feel lonely. There may be conversations you don't feel comfortable having with church members. There may be situations where you need an outside perspective from someone who can listen without adding pressure. You don't have to wait until you are overwhelmed to seek support. Seeking support is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign of wisdom. Booking a session gives you intentional time to focus on yourself—to talk, reflect, gain perspective, and receive encouragement.
